? Can't Log In to Your Nova ID?

If you're having trouble logging into your Nova ID account, you're not alone. While most users can log in without issue, a few common hiccups might prevent you from accessing your account. Here’s how to troubleshoot and get back in.


✅ 1. Did You Verify Your Email?

This is by far the most common issue we see.

If you signed up using email and password, you’ll need to verify your email before you can log in. Right after signing up, we send a verification email to the address you provided.


? What to do: 

  • Check your inbox for an email from:

    • hello@novasuite.one

    • or automated.xts@xxavvgroup.com

  • Open the message and click the verification link.

  • After verifying, you should be able to log in.

Don't see the email?

  • Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.

  • Search your inbox for "Nova Suite" or "Nova ID".

  • Make sure you entered the correct email during signup.

  • Still nothing? Contact your email provider or try a different email.


? 2. Wrong Email or Password

Make sure you're entering the same email you used when signing up.
Passwords are case-sensitive, so double-check for typos or autocorrect issues.


❓ Forgot your password?

Use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen to reset it. You’ll get an email with a secure reset link.


? 3. Login Link Expired or Doesn’t Work

If you received a login link (like for magic link or passwordless login) and it’s not working:

  • It may have expired, try requesting a new one.

  • Open the link on the same device and browser where you requested it.

  • If you're using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily.


? 4. Account Not Fully Set Up

If you signed up using a third-party login (like Google, GitHub, or X), but the app didn't fully load, your account may not have finished setting up.

Fix:

  • Try logging in again and completing any missing steps.

  • If you're stuck at a loading screen, clear your browser cache or switch devices.


? 5. Login Button Not Working


If nothing happens when you click "Log In":

  • Refresh the page and try again.

  • Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers).

  • Try a different browser or device.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.


? 6. “User Not Found” or “User Already Exists” Errors

  • If you're trying to sign up, but it says the account exists, go to the login screen instead and attempt to recover your account.

  • If you're trying to log in, but it says “user not found,” you may have signed up with a different email or used a different method (like Google or GitHub).

Q: Can I resend my verification email?
A: If your email hasn’t been verified, just try logging in again, we’ll automatically resend the link.

Q: I signed up with the wrong email. What do I do?
A: You’ll need to sign up again using the correct email address.

Q: Can I use social login and email/password on the same account?
A: Yes you can. But it only works one way. Sign up using email/password and then link services in Nova Accounts (Dashboard > Linked Accounts OR Account > Linked Accounts)

Q: Do Nova ID accounts expire if I don’t verify them?
A: Unverified accounts are automatically cleaned up after a period of time, so verify ASAP.
