How to Recover Your Nova ID

If you’ve forgotten your Nova ID password or can’t access your account, follow these steps to recover access to your Nova Suite account.

1. Go to the Login Page

• Click Sign In on the homepage or navigate to /login.

2. Click “Forgot password?”

• On the login form, click the “Forgot password?” link.

3. Enter Your Email Address

• Enter the email address associated with your Nova ID.
• Click Submit.

4. Check Your Email

• You’ll receive an email with a password reset link.
• Click the link in the email to open the password reset page.

5. Set a New Password

• Enter your new password and confirm it.
• Submit the form to update your password.

6. Sign In

• Return to the login page and sign in with your email and new password.

Tips

• If you don’t see the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.
• The reset link is time-limited for security, request a new one if it expires.
• If you signed up with Google, GitHub, or Twitter, use the same provider to sign in instead of resetting a password.
