? What is the NS-BPSC?
The Nova Suite Biannual Policy & Service Check (NS-BPSC) is our scheduled internal review process that takes place twice a year. During this 7-business-day period, we conduct an extensive review of:
✍️ All policies, user agreements, and legal documents
?️ The services, platforms, and tools offered across Nova Suite
? System-level components including privacy, compliance, and security
? Discontinued or legacy features that may be deprecated
? New features, frameworks, or rules that need to be added
Our goal is to keep Nova Suite up-to-date, safe, compliant, and aligned with our values of transparency, accessibility, and long-term stability.
?️ When Does It Happen?
NS-BPSC occurs twice a year:
Spring Check: Usually takes place between March and May
Fall Check: Typically between September and November
Each check runs for 7 consecutive business days (excluding weekends or holidays).
? How & When Are You Notified?
We send out email notifications at different stages depending on the type of update:
? General Updates
Sent at the end of the 7-day period
Includes a summary of all changes made
Only sent to users subscribed to Nova Suite mailing lists
? Critical Changes (like new or updated policies)
Sent immediately when they go into effect
Sent to all users, even if they’re not subscribed to marketing or updates
These emails are short, direct, and include links to view the full policy text

? What Happens During an NS-BPSC?
Here’s a general overview of what we focus on:

Why do you do this twice a year?
We believe policies and systems should evolve just like products. Twice a year allows us to course-correct, update things responsibly, and remain legally compliant without overwhelming users.
What if I miss the email?
No worries, all updates are logged and available at novasuite.one/legal.
Can I opt out of these changes?
No. Continued use of Nova Suite after a change means you agree to the updated terms. If you disagree, you are free to discontinue use of our services at any time.
Do you ever delay or skip a check?
We aim to conduct NS-BPSC on time every 6 months. In rare cases, we may delay a check to avoid overlap with a major system launch or migration.
Do you announce the exact start date?
Not always. We may publicly acknowledge that an NS-BPSC is underway, but the internal timeline is kept flexible so we can complete everything effectively.
