? Understanding Our Official Email Addresses

✉️ Why You Might See Emails from Two Different Domains

To improve service delivery and align with ongoing system upgrades, you may now receive emails from two official email domains:

✅ 1. @xxavvgroup.com

Used primarily by older systems, internal tools, and certain automated or backend services.

  • Example: automated.xts@xxavvgroup.com

  • Often used for account creation, password reset, or system-generated alerts

✅ 2. @novasuite.one

Our modern domain for support, user communication, newsletters, and updates across Nova Suite.

  • Example: hello@novasuite.one or support@novasuite.one

  • Used for: product updates, support tickets, policy notices, and onboarding messages

Both domains are secure, valid, and officially managed by xxavvTechnologies.

? Why Are There Two?

As we modernize the Nova Suite platform, we’re transitioning many systems (including Help Center, email templates, and feedback tools) to a more unified experience using @novasuite.one.

However, some legacy tools and backend systems still rely on the older @xxavvgroup.com addresses. To ensure a smooth experience, we are keeping both active for now.

You can expect to receive official communication from either, or both, depending on the action or feature involved.

? How to Contact Us Now

We recommend using our primary support email moving forward:

? hello@novasuite.one

You can still contact us at any previous emails if needed, but this is now our main inbox for questions, requests, and support.

? How to Know It’s Really Us

Always verify:

  • The email is from @xxavvgroup.com or @novasuite.one (nothing else!)

  • The sender name is clearly labeled (e.g. “Nova Support”, “Nova Suite Notifications”)

  • The links inside the email point to official Nova Suite domains (novasuite.one, xts.xxavvgroup.com, etc.)

If you’re ever unsure, do not click anything and forward the message to:
?
security@xxavvgroup.com

? FAQ - Email Domains & Communication

Why are you switching domains?

As part of our infrastructure upgrade, we’re moving to a more unified domain system. The @novasuite.one domain is simpler, brand-aligned, and easier to manage for modern apps and support systems.

Will I stop getting emails from @xxavvgroup.com?

Not yet. Some systems still use it, and it will remain valid. Over time, we may phase it out, but both are safe and official.

Can I reply to any of your emails?

You can reply to most messages, especially those from hello@novasuite.one. However, some automated emails (like from automated.xts@xxavvgroup.com) may not accept replies.

What if I only want emails from one address?

We can’t currently separate them fully. To ensure you don’t miss critical updates, we recommend whitelisting both domains in your email client.

I got a suspicious email pretending to be from Nova. What do I do?

Forward it to security@xxavvgroup.com and do not click anything. We take impersonation seriously.

? Final Tip

Add hello@novasuite.one and automated.xts@xxavvgroup.com to your contacts so you never miss important updates.
