Adding a recovery email (or phone number) to your Nova ID helps us verify your identity if you ever lose access to your account.

You can add or update your recovery email:

• When signing up for a new Nova ID, or

• Anytime in the Nova Accounts app.

How It Works

If you become locked out of your account or can’t access it for any reason, you can contact our Support Team. Our team will use your recovery email or phone number to verify that the account belongs to you and help you safely regain access.

Note: There is currently no automated recovery system. This means recovery emails and phone numbers cannot yet be used directly to reset your password or restore access automatically. All account recovery requests must go through our support team.

Tips

• Make sure your recovery email is active and one you can always access.

• Keep your contact information up to date in the Nova Accounts app.

• Avoid using temporary or shared email addresses.
