Why You Can’t Unsubscribe from Certain Emails

Modified on Sun, 31 Aug at 8:11 PM

At Nova Suite, we respect your inbox and your preferences. Though we send a variety of emails to keep you informed and your account secure. Some of these emails are critical, meaning they provide important information about your account, services, or usage of Nova Suite.

What Are Critical Emails?

Critical emails include:

  • Account notifications (e.g., login alerts, password changes)

  • Security updates and alerts

  • Billing or subscription information (if applicable)

  • Service interruptions or maintenance notices

These emails are essential for your account safety and functionality. For this reason, you cannot unsubscribe from critical emails.

Promotional Emails

Most promotional emails are disabled by default for all users through Nova ID settings. If you choose to enable them, you may receive:

  • Newsletters about new features or apps

  • Invitations to special programs, events, or beta tests

Even if promotional emails are disabled, critical emails will still reach you, because they are necessary for your experience and security as a Nova Suite user.
