Nova Suite collects anonymized analytics to improve performance, understand feature usage, and ensure our apps run smoothly. None of this data is ever tied to your personal Nova ID or identity.
You have full control over how analytics are used, and there are two ways to manage your preferences:
1. Disable Analytics Completely
Go to Account > Preferences > Privacy & Security > Allow Analytics
Toggle this option off to stop all analytics collection.
This will also disable any granular analytics options described below.
2. Control Analytics at a Granular Level
Go to Account > Privacy > Data Usage
Here you’ll see two specific controls:
Usage Analytics → Allows us to measure how Nova Suite apps are being used to improve features and performance.
Share Data with Partners → Allows us to share anonymized, aggregated insights with select partners to enhance reliability and integrations.
You can toggle these independently for more fine-grained control.
Note: If you disable the Share Data with Partners option, some Nova Suite features that rely on third-party services may no longer be available to you. This could include integrations, reliability enhancements, or partner-powered features across the suite.
Important to Know
All analytics data is anonymized, it cannot be linked back to your Nova ID or any personal details.
Disabling analytics will not affect your ability to use Nova Suite apps.
Some service quality improvements may not reach you as quickly if you opt out.
Why We Recommend Keeping Usage Analytics On
While you always have full control over your data preferences, we generally recommend leaving Usage Analytics enabled. Here’s why:
It does you no harm. All the information collected is completely anonymous and cannot be linked back to you as an individual.
It never leaves Nova Suite. We do not share, sell, or disclose this data outside of Nova Suite.
It helps us improve. Usage Analytics is how we learn what’s working well, what’s confusing, and what needs fixing. It’s a critical way for us to improve performance, reliability, and user experience across the suite.
We don’t use it for ads. Nova Suite has no advertising and no internal marketing systems tied to analytics. The only purpose of this data is product improvement.
At Nova Suite, we’ve made a deliberate choice to restrict ourselves in how we use data. Every day, there are features we don’t build and shortcuts we don’t take, because user privacy comes first.
That’s why we ask you to consider keeping Usage Analytics on, it helps us make Nova Suite better for everyone, without compromising your privacy.
